Training Programme


Having no confidence that you can perform good deeds constantly till last day of the marathon (read : Ramadhan)? We surely believe that you can! Everything that you need is just effective training strategies, self-discipline, and time!



In order for you to gain enough stamina to endure the marathon (read : Ramadhan), we will gradually provide you with mutaba’ah amal form. If you managed to be steadfast (istiqamah) in performing all the deeds suggested in the form, you may proceed to the next level – that which promises you a more challenging and demanding mutaba’ah amal! Never forget to pray to Allah for strengths to perform as much deeds as possible. Also, always remember to keep your intention clear – do everything lillahi ta’aala.


If you are disciplined, Insya-Allah, you will be able to accomplish the 30 Days Marathon challenge splendidly and maximize your energy to collect all benefits in Ramadhan! What else are you waiting for?
